The hotel is situated in a beautiful town, putting you right in the heart of the area with great access to shops and restaurants. The rooms, while spacious, could benefit from some updating, and the dining options, although tasty, come at an additional cost. The service was top-notch, with staff members who are knowledgeable and accommodating.

I found the hotel to be charming and cozy, with rooms in need of updating but clean overall. The small size of the rooms was a drawback for the price, and the narrow hallway leading to them made it feel a bit cramped. The service was politely nice but lacked a warm welcoming touch. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot or short drives. The dining experience, though included, could have been better. Despite the minor material issues, the location and friendly service made up for it.

My stay at the Moffat Inn was cozy and charming. The room, although a bit dated, was very clean and spacious, featuring a fireplace, a mini fridge - perfect for wine and cheese nights, and a safe. The service was kind and helpful, making it easy for us to explore the theaters and local eateries. The location couldn't have been more convenient for the wedding I attended, being close to the Shaw Festival and right on the main strip of Niagara-on-the-Lake. While the dining options were available nearby, it would have been nice to have more choices on-site. Overall, the historical feel in need of a little update was fitting for the town.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the design with the bed in front of the bathroom door caused some inconvenience. The service was friendly and informative about the area, but the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
